​1. Eligibility and Registration

• ​Legal Status: All participants must be legal residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama or National ID, or be in the Kingdom on a valid Visa that permits participation in community sporting events.
• ​Identification: Participants must be prepared to present original identification upon request by the tournament officials for age and identity verification.
• Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the tournament. Players under 18 must provide a signed waiver from a legal guardian during the registration process.
• ​Team Composition: Teams must consist of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 players. All players must be registered via the official mAga Cup Page.
• ​Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of 300SAR is required to secure a spot. This fee covers officiating, water, and others.
• Accuracy: The Team Manager is responsible for the team communication and accuracy of player data (including emergency contact information and medical declarations).

​2. Player Safety and Medical Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in football involves physical exertion and inherent risks. By registering, participants (and guardians for minors) acknowledge and assume all risks of injury, illness, or property damage.
• ​Liability: mAga Sports, its directors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical expenses, or losses sustained during the event.
• ​Medical Fitness: Players must be physically fit to compete. Participants are encouraged to have personal health insurance. In case of an emergency, organisers will contact local Riyadh emergency services.

​3. Equipment and Apparel (mAga Branding)

• Kit Standards: All teams must wear matching kits.
• mAga Custom Kits: Teams opting for mAga-manufactured kits should contact us.
• ​Footwear: Only appropriate football boots (moulded studs or turf shoes) are permitted. Metal studs are strictly prohibited to protect the playing surface and player safety.

4. Media and Intellectual Property

• ​Image Release: Participants grant mAga Sports an irrevocable, worldwide right to use their likeness (photo/video) captured during the tournament for social media, marketing, and brand storytelling.
• ​Brand Respect: The mAga logo and mAga Cup name are protected intellectual property. Teams may not produce their own merchandise using the mAga logo without written consent.

​5. Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Action

• Spirit of Community: The mAga Cup is built on community. We uphold the values of respect and fair play.
• ​Sanctions: Foul play, verbal abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate ejection from the tournament without a refund. Decisions made by the tournament director and match officials are final.

​6. Force Majeure and Cancellations

• ​Unexpected Events: In the event of extreme weather, government-mandated restrictions, or other Force Majeure events in Riyadh, the organisers reserve the right to postpone or reschedule the tournament.
• ​Refunds: If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a partial refund may be issued, minus any costs already incurred for custom kit manufacturing.

​7. Governing Law

• ​These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Sport.
